Реформування системи державних закупівель в Україні

Abstract

У статті розглянуто теоретичні та методологічні положення світового досвіду впровадження електронних державних закупівель. Узагальнено низку важливих тенденцій щодо зобов'язань України за «Угодою про асоціацію» з ЄС. Доведено, що використання електронних технологій у міжнародних торговельних угодах вимагає прийняття законодавчої та нормативно-правової бази як на міжнародному, так і на національному рівнях. The article examines the theoretical and methodological provisions of the world experience in the implementation of electronic state procurement. A number of important trends regarding Ukraine's obligations under the "Association Agreement" with the EU are summarized. It is proven that the use of electronic technologies in international trade agreements requires the adoption of a legislative and regulatory framework at both the international and national levels.
