Одним із напрямків захисту державних інтересів є державна політика, спрямована на утвердження та розвиток державної мови як основи конституційного ладу. Вирішальним фактором для цієї діяльності є наявність ефективного та збалансованого законодавства у сфері мовних відносин. One of the directions of protection of state interests is the state policy aimed at establishing and developing the state language as a basis of the constitutional order.
