Abstract

Мета статті полягає у науковому дослідженні правових аспектів взаємодії правоохоронної системи України з Міжнародною організацією кримінальної поліції. Насамперед актуальність теми мотивована важливістю співробітництва у сфері протидії злочинності. Визначено основні цілі Інтерполу, сформульовані у Статуті організації, та підкреслено значущість вступу України до організації. The aim of this article is to examine the legal aspects of the interaction between Ukraine’s law enforcement system and the International Criminal Police Organization. The relevance of the topic is primarily driven by the importance of cooperation in combating crime. The article outlines the main objectives of Interpol, as set forth in the organization's Constitution, and highlights the significance of Ukraine's accession to the organization.
