Відновлення нашої держави після завершення війни потребує значних коштів, які можна в певній частині отримати при розробленні правильного механізму відшкодування заподіяної шкоди. В період перед відшкодуванням шкоди держава може надати соціальну допомогу певним категоріям осіб у вигляді компенсації, відповідно поняття відшкодування шкоди та компенсація в законодавстві відрізняються порядком відшкодування, визначення розмірів та процесом відшкодуванні шкоди. The restoration of our state after the end of the war requires significant funds, which can be obtained to a certain extent by developing the correct mechanism for compensation for the damage caused.
