Abstract

Держава Україна, як активний та незалежний учасник міжнародних правовідносин, має особливий правовий статус. Водночас ці відносини будуються на принципах рівності прав та обов'язків сторін. The state of Ukraine, as an active and independent participant in international legal relations, has a special legal status. At the same time, these relations are built on the principles of equality of rights and obligations of the parties.
