Інформаційна безпека України: генеза і становлення

Abstract

Розглянуто генезис та формування нормативно-правових засад розуміння інформаційного суверенітету та інформаційної безпеки держави. Запропоновано розглядати інформаційну безпеку України як важливу складову національної безпеки в контексті формування стратегії національної безпеки держави. The genesis and formation of regulatory and legal principles for understanding information sovereignty and information security of the state are considered. It is proposed to consider information security of Ukraine as an important component of national security in the context of the formation of the national security strategy of the state.
