Abstract

Стаття присвячена аналізу наукових підходів щодо особливостей формування механізмів ефективної взаємодії бізнесу та органів влади. У роботі досліджено понятійно-категорійний апарат, зокрема надано наукові підходи до дефініції «взаємодія» в управлінському аспекті, а також взаємодії влади й бізнесу, що надало змогу сформувати авторський підхід до цієї категорії. Для ґрунтовного розкриття теми окреслено особливості, мету та завдання взаємодії бізнесу та органів влади. The article is devoted to the analysis of scientific approaches to the features of forming mechanisms of effective interaction between business and government bodies. The work explores the conceptual and categorical apparatus, in particular, scientific approaches to the definition of «interaction» in the managerial aspect, as well as the interaction between government and business, which made it possible to form an author’s approach to this category. For a thorough disclosure of the topic, the features, goals and objectives of the interaction between business and government bodies are outlined.
