Соціально-психологічні проблеми професійної адаптації випускників вищих навчальних закладів

Abstract

Розкрито актуальність дослідження проблем, пов’язаних з дезадаптацією випускників, що прийшли на своє перше робоче місце, а також процес адаптації фахівців, випускників вузів як нових членів колективу та соціально-психологічна структура труднощів цього аспекту адаптації. The relevance of studying problems related to the maladaptation of graduates who have come to their first workplace, as well as the process of adaptation of specialists, university graduates as new members of the team, and the socio-psychological structure of the difficulties of this aspect of adaptation are revealed.
