Правове забезпечення реалізації соціокультурної функції у процесі державного управління в Україні

Abstract

Дослідження правових аспектів забезпечення функціонування системи державного управління в соціокультурній сфері, основних цілей і правових принципів цієї діяльності, а також правових механізмів та інститутів, які гарантують ефективність управлінського впливу держави на ці суспільні відносини, дає змогу довести й охарактеризувати тісний зв’язок між процесом державного управління і реалізацією основних соціокультурних функцій держави. The study of the legal aspects of ensuring the functioning of the public administration system in the socio-cultural sphere, the main goals and legal principles of this activity, as well as the legal mechanisms and institutions that guarantee the effectiveness of the state's managerial influence on these social relations, makes it possible to prove and characterize the close connection between the process of public administration and the implementation of the main socio-cultural functions of the state.
