Abstract

Аналізується система універсальних міжнародно-правових актів щодо захисту права дитини на освіту, зокрема дітей з особливими потребами. Досліджується проблема протидії дискримінації дітей в галузі освіти. Наводяться шляхи оптимізації системи міжнародно-правового захисту права дитини на освіту. The system of universal international legal acts on the protection of the child's right to education, in particular children with special needs, is analyzed. The problem of combating discrimination against children in the field of education is studied. Ways of optimizing the system of international legal protection of the child's right to education are suggested.
