Основи управління розвитком загальноосвітнього навчального закладу

Abstract

У статті окреслено, що особливість процесу управління сучасною школою полягає в тому, що він повинен забезпечувати не тільки успішне функціонування навчального закладу (НЗ), а і його якісний розвиток в умовах оновлення та демократизації суспільства. Доведено, що процес управління загальноосвітнім навчальним закладом – це реалізація взаємопов’язаних функцій, необхідних для того, щоб сформувати і досягти поставленої мети загальноосвітнього навчального закладу. Головним у змісті процесу управління загальноосвітнім навчальним закладом стає вироблення цілісної системи діяльності, яка б відповідала вимогам часу. Особливості процесу управлінської діяльності керівника загальноосвітнього навчального закладу на сучасному етапі визначаються сукупністю традиційних та появою нових керівних функцій. The article outlines that the peculiarity of the process of managing a modern school is that it must ensure not only the successful functioning of an educational institution (ES), but also its qualitative development in the conditions of renewal and democratization of society. It is proved that the process of managing a general education institution is the implementation of interrelated functions necessary to form and achieve the set goal of a general education institution. The main thing in the content of the process of managing a general education institution is the development of a holistic system of activities that would meet the requirements of the time. The peculiarities of the process of managerial activity of the head of a general education institution at the present stage are determined by the combination of traditional and the emergence of new management functions.
