Проблеми розвитку парламентаризму в Україні в контексті політичної реформи

Abstract

У статті розглядаються актуальні проблеми демократії та парламентаризму в Україні в контексті історичного розвитку та культурної специфіки. Йдеться про характерний розрив між інтересами парламентарів та інтересами виборців, що свідчить про невиконання Верховною Радою України своїх інституційних функцій та функції гармонізації суспільних інтересів. У статті обґрунтовується позиція щодо подальшої демократизації політичної системи в Україні шляхом удосконалення парламентського представництва та демократичної соціалізації населення, процес якої буде прискорено політичною реформою. The article examines the current problems of democracy and parliamentarism in Ukraine in the context of historical development and cultural specificity. It is about the characteristic gap between the interests of parliamentarians and the interests of the electorate, which indicates the failure of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine to fulfill its institutional functions and the function of harmonizing public interests. The article substantiates the position on the further democratization of the political system in Ukraine through the improvement of parliamentary representation and democratic socialization of the population, the process of which will be accelerated by political reform.
