Теоретико-методологічні засади етнополітичного менеджменту

Abstract

Етнополітичний менеджмент є складовою системи державного управління, основним засобом реалізації етнонаціональної політики. На нього покладаються контрольні та регулюючі функції держави у сфері міжетнічних відносин. Як специфічний вид діяльності держави та її структурних елементів, він передбачає плановий, свідомий, цілеспрямований вплив на розвиток етнонаціональної сфери суспільства з метою досягнення певних цілей. Мета, завдання та напрямки функціонування етнополітичного менеджменту визначаються державною етнополітикою. Ethnopolitical management is a component of the state administration system, the main means of implementing ethno-national policy. It is entrusted with the control and regulatory functions of the state in the sphere of interethnic relations. As a specific type of activity of the state and its structural elements, it provides for a planned, conscious, purposeful influence on the development of the ethno-national sphere of society in order to achieve certain goals. The purpose, objectives and directions of functioning of ethno-political management are determined by state ethno-policy.
