Сьогодні, коли відбулося, воєнне вторгнення росії на територію України, судова система, у зв’язку з воєнними діями, може працювати неефективно. А населення, через напружену ситуацію, може ігнорувати чи взагалі не звертатися за захистом своїх прав. Якщо людство знає основи законодавства, звичайно, завжди воно буде шукати й шляхи захисту від протиправних дій та намагатиметься захистити свої законні людські свободи та правові норми. Тема є актуальною та важливою сьогодні, адже необхідно кожному розуміти етапи судового процесу. Хто як не держава може надати такі гарантії.
