Abstract

Геополітика – це міждисциплінарна наука, яка вивчає процеси виникнення, трансформації, функціонування та взаємодії геопросторових політичних систем різних ієрархічних рівнів та розробляє прогнози їх розвитку. У структурі геополітики пропонується виділити загальні, «галузеві», комплексні та прикладні дисципліни. Геополітика як наука органічно взаємопов'язана з політичною географією. Geopolitics is an interdisciplinary science that studies the processes of emergence, transformation, functioning and interaction of geospatial political systems of different hierarchical levels and develops forecasts of their development. In the structure of geopolitics, it is proposed to distinguish general, “branch”, complex and applied disciplines. Geopolitics as a science is organically interconnected with political geography.
