Функції та повноваження Президента України

Abstract

Досліджено сутність та зміст конституційно-правового статусу Президента України. Аналізовано його функції та повноваження, а також місце глави держави в системі державної влади. У контексті функціонування державного механізму розглянуто взаємовідносини президента з парламентом та урядом. The essence and content of the constitutional and legal status of the President of Ukraine are studied. His functions and powers are analyzed, as well as the place of the head of state in the system of state authorities. In the context of the functioning of the state mechanism, the relations of the president with the parliament and the government are considered.
