Abstract

Значення запобігання злочину геноциду передбачене у Конвенції «Про запобігання злочину геноциду та покарання за нього», в якій визначений обов’язок договірних сторін запобігати і карати у випадку вчинення геноциду. Потрібно проаналізувати поняття запобігання геноциду та заходи, які використовуються для покарання за вчинений злочин геноциду. The importance of preventing the crime of genocide is provided for in the Convention on the Prevention and Punishment of the Crime of Genocide, which defines the obligation of the contracting parties to prevent and punish the commission of genocide.
