Abstract

У пропонованому підручнику викладено основи теорії фінансів, наведено структуру й характерні особливості фінансової системи країни, основні напрями фінансової політики, а також концептуальні підходи до формування державного бюджету в умовах ринкової економіки. Розглянуто складові фінансової системи — державні фінанси, фінанси підприємств, страхування, фінанси населення. Особливу увагу приділено фінансовому ринку як механізму ефективного розподілу й перерозподілу фінансових ресурсів. Показано роль різних видів фінансового контролю в забезпеченні функціонування фінансової системи. This textbook outlines the fundamentals of financial theory and presents the structure and characteristics of the country's financial system, the main directions of financial policy, and conceptual approaches to formulating the state budget within a market economy. It examines the components of the financial system—public finance, corporate finance, insurance, and household finance. Particular attention is paid to the financial market as a mechanism for the efficient allocation and redistribution of financial resources, and the role of various forms of financial control in ensuring the proper functioning of the financial system is highlighted.
