Реформування державної політики у галузі ресторанного бізнесу: аналіз загальних тенденцій

Abstract

В статті розглянуто актуальні інновації у здійсненні державного регулювання діяльності закладів гостинності в Україні, наголошено на необхідності координації роботи органів виконавчої влади у царині створення умов для ефективного функціонування національного ресторанного господарства, окреслено їх роль у процесі побудови безпечного середовища для персоналу і споживача, визначено особливості державної підтримки та державного контролю на різних етапах становлення та розвитку господарств. Значна частина досліджуваного матеріалу присвячена аналізу шляхів реалізації галузевих бізнес-проектів в умовах національної економіки, зокрема, вивченню юридичних аспектів побудови конкурентноспроможних суб’єктів господарювання та особливостей їх подальшої діяльності в контексті загальної сучасної модернізації сфери гостинності. Підкреслено важливість державних механізмів та інструментів, покликаних створювати передумови для формування здорових конкурентних відносин у сфері ресторанного бізнесу. The article considers current innovations in the implementation of state regulation of the activities of hospitality establishments in Ukraine, emphasizes the need to coordinate the work of executive authorities in the field of creating conditions for the effective functioning of the national restaurant industry, outlines their role in the process of building a safe environment for personnel and consumers, identifies the features of state support and state control at various stages of the formation and development of enterprises. A significant part of the researched material is devoted to the analysis of ways to implement industry business projects in the conditions of the national economy, in particular, the study of the legal aspects of building competitive business entities and the features of their further activities in the context of the general modern modernization of the hospitality sector. The importance of state mechanisms and instruments designed to create the prerequisites for the formation of healthy competitive relations in the restaurant business is emphasized.
