Проблеми систематизації принципів державного контролю: державно-правовий аспект аналізу

Abstract

Досліджено актуальні проблеми визначення та систематизації принципів державного контролю, що лежать в основі контрольної діяльності державних органів у сфері економічних відносин. З позицій сучасної державно-правової науки проаналізовано основи нормативно-правового забезпечення принципів державного контролю та їх вплив на розвиток системи державного управління в Україні. The current problems of defining and systematizing the principles of state control, which underlie the control activities of state authorities in the sphere of economic relations, have been investigated. From the standpoint of modern state and legal science, the foundations of the regulatory and legal support of the principles of state control and their impact on the development of the public administration system in Ukraine have been analyzed.
