Значення політичного плюралізму для розвитку демократичної держави

Abstract

Досліджено проблеми формування політичного плюралізму як основоположного принципу демократичної держави, проаналізовано теоретико-правовий зміст цього принципу та його зв'язок з концепцією демократичної держави, відзначено роль правових гарантій політичного плюралізму в процесі конституційно-правового розвитку сучасної України. The problems of the formation of political pluralism as a fundamental principle of a democratic state are investigated, the theoretical and legal content of this principle and its connection with the concept of a democratic state are analyzed, the role of legal guarantees of political pluralism in the process of constitutional and legal development of modern Ukraine is noted.
