Про деякі проблеми застосування покарань, пов'язаних з позбавленням волі

Abstract

Висвітлено деякі проблеми, що виникають у пенітенціарних установах після прийняття нових Кримінального та Виконавчого кодексів України. Основна увага приділяється проблемам, що виникають на практиці в установах, де ув'язнені відбувають покарання, щодо застосування до них заходів впливу. Частково надаються пропозиції щодо подолання ситуації, що склалася в практиці зазначених установ. Some problems that arise in penal institutions after the adoption of the new Criminal and Penal Codes of Ukraine are highlighted. The main attention is paid to the problems that arise in practice in institutions where prisoners are serving their sentences in terms of the application of measures of influence to them. Partially, proposals are made to overcome the situation that has developed in the practice of the said institutions.
