Reflexotherapy according to the method of “balancing hexagrams” in the complex rehabilitation of diseases with pain syndrome

Abstract

У статті піднімаються такі актуальні питання – комплексне лікування захворювань з больовим синдромом: розладів функцій шлунково-кишкового тракту і цефалгій. Різні хвороби, особливо ті, що проявляються больовим синдромом, і ті, що погіршуються під впливом несприятливих психосоціальних факторів, проявляються затяжним перебігом. Медикаментозні методи лікування тут не є повністю ефективними, тому доводиться вдаватися до немедикаментозних технологій. Комплексне лікування з використанням методів рефлексотерапії має місце при різних захворюваннях при різних захворюваннях, особливо коли інші методи недостатньо ефективні. У статті також представлені основні теоретичні положення методу «балансування гексаграм» та його практична реалізація. Також наведено два клінічні випадки: пацієнт з підгострим гастритом з психоемоційними розладами і пацієнт із цефалгією потиличної ділянки з цервіко-брахіалгією. The article raises the following topical issues - complex treatment of diseases with pain syndrome: disorders of the gastrointestinal tract and cephalgia. Various diseases, especially those that are manifested by pain syndrome and those that worsen under the influence of adverse psychosocial factors, manifest a protracted course. Drug treatment methods are not fully effective here, so it is necessary to resort to non-drug technologies. Complex treatment using reflexology methods takes place for various diseases, especially when other methods are not effective enough. The article also presents the main theoretical provisions of the "hexagram balancing" method and its practical implementation. Two clinical cases are also presented: a patient with subacute gastritis with psychoemotional disorders and a patient with cephalgia of the occipital region with cervico-brachialgia.
