Language as a principle of administrative justice

Abstract

The article examines the theoretical foundations of the formation of principles of administrative proceedings in Ukraine and abroad. The features of the regulatory and legal framework for ensuring the principles of judicial proceedings and the principle of a common language in particular are determined. Positive and negative trends in the practice of applying the linguistic principle of judicial proceedings are selected.
