Abstract

Висвітлено питання подальшої гуманізації кримінально-виконавчого законодавства України, а також надано правову характеристику законодавчих змін з цього питання. The issue of further humanization of the criminal-executive legislation of Ukraine is highlighted, and a legal characteristic of legislative amendments on this issue is given.
