Напрями вдосконалення державного регулювання місцевого бюджету

Abstract

На сучасному етапі розвитку державного управління в Україні все більше закріплюється та поширюється парадигма децентралізації влади. Підвищується актуальність дослідження питань, пов’язаних із фінансовим забезпеченням місцевих органів влади. У цьому аспекті особливої уваги заслуговує пошук шляхів удосконалення управлінського впливу центральних органів влади в ході формування та виконання місцевих бюджетів, що забезпечують фінансову основу реалізації повноважень органів місцевого самоврядування. At the current stage of development of public administration in Ukraine, the paradigm of decentralization of power is increasingly consolidated and spread. The relevance of research on issues related to the financial support of local authorities is increasing. In this aspect, special attention deserves the search for ways to improve the managerial influence of central authorities in the process of forming and implementing local budgets, which provide the financial basis for the implementation of the powers of local self-government bodies.
