Analysis of the youth training quality indicators in educational institutions for military service in the Armed Forces of Ukraine on the contract basis

Abstract

On the basis of the analysis, indicators, quality of training young people, preconscription training, military service is refined essence of a system of training and the accumulation of human mobilization of resources, enhance the combat readiness of the Armed Forces and the requirements for their personnel, eliminate the existing social tensions arising in connection to unequal treatment of different groups of the population to the implementation of universal conscription. На основі аналізу показників якості підготовки молоді, допризовної підготовки, військової служби уточнюється сутність системи підготовки та накопичення людських мобілізаційних ресурсів, підвищення бойової готовності Збройних Сил та вимог до їх особового складу, усунення існуючої соціальної напруженості, що виникає у зв'язку з нерівним ставленням різних груп населення до запровадження загальної військової повинності.
