Правова держава і соціальна держава: теоретико-правові проблеми взаємодії

Abstract

Підсумовуючи короткий аналіз взаємозв'язку понять «громадянське суспільство» та «соціальна держава», можна погодитися з висловленою в літературі думкою, що соціальна держава є, по суті, політичною іпостазою громадянського суспільства: їхня взаємодія принципово формується за правилами співвідношення форми та змісту. Summing up the brief analysis of the relationship between the concepts of “civil society” and “social state”, we can agree with the opinion expressed in the literature that the social state is, in essence, the political hypostasis of civil society: their interaction is fundamentally formed according to the rules of the relationship between form and content.
