Проблеми регулювання захисту прав споживачів в Україні

Abstract

Розглянуто питання захисту прав споживачів у нашій країні, особливості та структуру законодавства, що регулює захист прав споживачів. Наведено аналіз окремих положень Закону, відповідно до якого досліджується їх повнота та доцільність у сучасних умовах ринкової економіки. Розглянуто порівняння Закону України «Про захист прав споживачів» та відповідного Закону Російської Федерації. Окреслено основні досягнення та прорахунки у сфері захисту прав споживачів. The issue of consumer rights protection in our country, the features and structure of the legislation regulating the protection of consumer rights are considered. An analysis of individual provisions of the Law is provided, and their completeness and appropriateness in the current conditions of a market economy are accordingly examined. A comparison of the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Rights Protection” and the corresponding Law of the Russian Federation is considered. The main achievements and miscalculations in the field of consumer rights protection are outlined.
